Father Brown has stated that the church is "...for those, like myself, who just wanted to learn more and not be focused on traditions". Questions have been asked whether the Disciplic Church is akin to the Non-denominational faith.
The church has grown steadily in the last hours with four new members before 4:30 p.m. (CST). Two members are each part of the Federalist and Communist Parties, respectively. This has led to another statement from Father Brown:
"I am glad that politics aren't getting in the way of people coming together..."
President Wilson has expressed his support for the church claiming it as "...a valuable piece of Gradonian history and culture". But, has not stated any other opinion on the matter.
While the church does hold one member of the Communist party, other members of the party have commented on their skepticism on the matter.
The church is expected to have it's first mass on Sunday, 26 May.
