Elections Division

Your right to vote in elections

As a Citizen of the Commonwealth of Dracul, you are entitled to take part in free and open elections, so long as you meet the minimum voting age of 17. Elections take place every 2-4 years, depending on the position involved in the election.


Citizens must also be in good standing with the Commonwealth and have no felony convictions. Citizens are also permitted to assist in elections, via the election worker position.

Local elections typically involve voting for Mayor and City Council positions. They may also involve county elections, such as judges and the Commissioner.

State elections typically take place every 2 years and include Governor, Lieutenant-Governor, and state representatives.

Federal

Federal elections take place every 2-4 years and include Chancellor/Vice Chancellor and Members of Parliament.

How to Participate in Elections

Should an election be declared, all citizens will receive an email containing a ballot and will be provided a window of up to 48 hours to submit their votes. In election years, individuals who are not currently registered to vote will receive an email along with a registration form to fill out. Subsequently, a voter registration card containing their details, including name, address, and voter ID number, will be emailed to them. Additionally, citizens have the option to register to vote conveniently through the Dracul2Citizen portal.
